Drive Hub & Needle Bearing Removal Tool / Puller
Leave the Needles in the Needle Bearings when pulling!
Keeps the puller centered - May not work without the needles
Installs Needle Bearing but not tested on all applications!
We do not offer any refunds if you can not push the bearings in on your application
You will have to use a hydraulic press
(Tested on the following; Jaguar Land Rover 3.0 TVS1320, Jaguar Land Rover 5.0 TVS1900)
Bolt the Plate to front of your supercharger case
Set up the parts as shown in the pictures
Use the Hex on the threaded rod to drive the bearing in
Removes Drive Hub from the Rotor Pack without pulling on the bearing,
which lets you remove rotor pack from supercharger case
Keep tools dry so that they don't rust
Always use anti-seize or grease on forcing screw threads
Puller includes thick and thin jaws. Use the thick stronger jaws when ever possible (95% of the time). Thinner jaws are not as strong and are for low clearance bearings only. Typically used on input shaft side where the bearing is in a stepped bore.

This tool pulls the drive hub off without pulling on the rotor pack bearing!
We strongly recommend using this method!
We also recommend REMOVING the rotor pack cover plate and press the drive hub back onto the rotor pack while supporting the shaft. This prevents any damage to the rotor pack bearings!
