The isolator is a direct replacements for the original spring isolator
Upgraded isolators are torsionally stiff for power transmission but are flexible to allow for minor misalignment, absorb shock and reduced side loads on bearings

Installation Notes:
The snout is sealed to the supercharger with RTV (silicone), scrape off the old and apply some new sparingly. There is one bolt in the snout inlet on some superchargers, see 2nd picture. The TB gasket is reusable but a new one is C2Z28265. I recommend a bolt torque of 18 ft-lb for the snout bolts.
